I have been looking in to the best ways to create wire-frames, mockups, and prototypes of the sites I work on. There are applications like Visio or Omnigraffle and even some web-based tools like the Pencil Project or Mockflow. Maybe I have been going about it all wrong and I should just do them in markup.....I think my friend Chris would agree.
